1Who we are

This website, upskilltribe.com, is run by Upskill Tribe, a brand of SKP DigitX Marketing Solution (proprietor: Sonu Kumar Pal), 1st Floor, Narayan Bhawan, Ward No. 8, Northern Side, Bhanpur, Dinara, Sasaram, District Rohtas, Bihar 802213, India. SKP DigitX Marketing Solution is the data fiduciary for your personal data. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2What we collect

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. Payments are handled fully by Razorpay.

  • To understand how people use our website, so we can improve it
  • To show our ads to people who may find our eBooks useful
  • To follow the law (for example, keeping order records)

We will not send you marketing emails unless you agree to them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

Our website uses cookies and similar tools:

  • Necessary cookies: to keep your cart and checkout working.
  • Google Analytics: to count visits and see which pages are useful.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to the right people.

These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also control ads on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta Ad Preferences.

5Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run our business:

  • Razorpay: payment processing
  • Website hosting and email providers: to run the website and send your eBooks
  • Google and Meta: website analytics and ads, as explained above

We may also share data if the law or a government authority requires it. We never sell your data.

6How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to deliver your order, give support and follow the law (for example, tax and accounting records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7How we protect it

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only people who need your data to help you can access it. No system is 100% safe, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we have about you
  • Correct or update your data
  • Delete your data (we may keep order records the law requires)
  • Stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw your consent
  • Hear and solve your complaint about how we use your data

Our products are meant for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please use our website only with your parent or guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.
