1Who we are

The website upskilltribe.com is run by Upskill Tribe (“we”, “us”, “our”). Upskill Tribe and Job Ready English are brands of SKP DigitX Marketing Solution, a proprietorship owned by Sonu Kumar Pal and registered under Udyam (UDYAM-BR-28-0057614). In these terms, “you” means anyone who visits the website or buys from us.

2Our products

We sell digital educational eBooks in PDF format. They are delivered online after payment. Nothing is shipped to your address. See our Shipping Policy.

3No job guarantee

4Who can buy

• You should be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, please buy and use our products with the help and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You must have the right to use the payment method you choose.
• The details you give us (name, email) must be correct.

5Price and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, as shown at checkout). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.
• We may change prices in the future. A price change does not affect an order you have already paid for.

6How you can use our eBooks

All content in our eBooks and on this website belongs to Upskill Tribe and is protected by Indian copyright law. If we find that our content is being shared or sold without permission, we may block downloads and take legal action.

7Refunds and cancellation

Our products are digital, so refunds are given only in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (for example, if you did not get your eBooks or paid twice).

8Using our website

• Do not try to hack, harm or misuse the website.
• Do not use the website for anything illegal.
• Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9Limit of our responsibility

We work hard to keep our content correct and useful, but we cannot promise it is free of every mistake. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you made the purchase.

11Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be solved by talking to us, it will be handled by the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
